Toronto Zoo
Our first outside the box project was at the Toronto Zoo. We were asked near the end of the season if we could install the walkways at The Tree House enclosure at the Toronto Zoo.
We would be working with 4 way locker puzzle pieces that were made from recycled tires(It is the same product we used at the 2010 Olympics).
These would be placed on top of the high quality bases that Wellington Landscapes are known for.
Our 2006 season ended Dec 23. This was the latest date we ever recalled landscaping. And the warm weather continued into the New Year.
After a couple of weeks off with family for the Holiday Season we went back to work Jan 8 2007. And after 6 long days the mission was complete.
